  • International Market Exposure: Proven experience in markets like the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate departments, processes, and IT requirements in large organizations.

  • Product Expertise: Experience selling ERP, CRM, Process Automation, and SaaS products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.

Sales Development Representative

Job Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a vital member of the Jinactus Consulting sales team. Based in NOIDA, the SDR will engage in outbound prospecting and develop qualified leads to support the company’s sales objectives. This role requires strong communication skills, database and CRM proficiency, and a dedication to achieving sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified leads.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Jinactus' offerings and market segments.

  • Utilize databases such as Zoominfo, Seamless, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects.

  • Manage leads and track outreach efforts using CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, Leadsquared, or Zoho.

  • Engage in conversations with C-level executives to position Jinactus’ solutions effectively.

  • Maintain a monthly outreach goal of 1,000+ connections across various channels.

  • Work across multiple time zones to align with international client schedules.

  • Stay disciplined in time management and professional conduct.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA preferred; consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% marks throughout (10th, 12th, Graduation, and Masters).

  • Experience: 2-4 years of corporate experience, including at least 2 years in outbound prospecting.

  • Communication: Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM and lead generation tools is preferred.

  • Market Experience: Proven experience in international markets and in industries such as ERP, CRM, SaaS, Process Automation, RPA, and CPA.

  • Mindset: Demonstrates a strong hunger for learning, career growth, and discipline in maintaining office decorum and professionalism.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in selling to CXO-level executives.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
